User Access
HanAra solutions are meant to be used across an organization at all levels. With HanAra solutions users can access and analyze data through a web or client application and will view the same information simultaneously even if they are located at different locations. To help manage users, HanAra solutions provide a User Management module to ensure the right people have access to collaborate and make data-informed decisions. With the User Management module, an organization:
- Assigns user privileges to limit data access based on need.
- Limits data manipulation to assigned personnel.
Beyond the User Management module, organizations can customize their solution to fit their user security needs by leveraging user permissions and Microsoft Active Directory. Benefits include:
- Determine the authentication services, passwords, and group security policy objects by your system.
- Have a single sign-on for users.
- Enforce group policies and manage user permissions related to create/read/update/delete (CRUD) data.

To ensure only authorized personnel access to the data, HanAra solutions provide authentication features, including:

- Password rules with high complexity
- Incorrect login attempt blocking

The User Management module supports user policies for data access and system configuration. The Admin user can:
- Create roles
- Configure privileges (available features) for specific roles
- Manager current users

The Admin can configure a universal user session timeout time (idle time logout) for HanAra applications. The Admin user can:
- Set the idle duration time
- Apply across all users
