    Comments

    Don’t forget to add comments when you acknowledge a HanPHI alarm. This creates organizational knowledge for future reference. You may remember down the line but let HanPHI be your memory backup.

    ST Tracking

    When you’re on the SuccessTree, automatically track the lowest sensor affecting the system by right clicking and selecting Track Min Index. You can also expand other systems by clicking on the + sign on the bottom of the boxes.

    Sensors

    The lowest level of the SuccessTree will always be at the sensor level. When looking at the sensor level, if you have 1 sensor with a low health index while the remaining sensors have a high health index, you most likely have a sensor failure, not an equipment issue.
