HanPHI Tips: Week 4
Roles and responsibilities are helpful to control and manage the HanPHI system. By setting who can add, delete, or change information in HanPHI, you ensure changes are made when and how you need them.
Within HanPHI, you can set rules for the solution to follow to determine whether a piece of equipment is in standby or not. No need to worry about a piece of equipment when it is merely in standby. If you have questions about how to set standby rules, reach out to HanAra’s customer support engineers or review the HanPHI manual.
HanPHI can use LDAP and your organization’s existing Active Directory to provide a single sign-on option. This keeps users from having to manage another user and password and simplify access. If your organization is interested in a single sign-on, our customer support engineers can work with your IT team to set it up. And don’t worry, we don’t store these passwords.
