You don’t have to be looking at the Index Display page of HanPHI to have real-time status updates. HanPHI provides desktop notifications as well as email notifications. To set up email notifications, talk with HanAra’s customer support engineers about how this is implemented in live production.
Consider designating a plant advocate to review HanPHI warnings and the current status each week. They can ensure the site is running smoothly and coordinate with other members if immediate action is needed.
Take advantage of the HanPHI Watch List for sensors with health indexes trending down but you are not ready to take immediate action. Our current customers use the Watch List after a scheduled downtime to ensure that the issue has been corrected.
